General Construction and Building Erection
In addition to specializing in water and wastewater treatment facility construction, Dan's Custom Construction has extensive experience in general construction and erecting all types of structures - from wood frames to CMU to red iron steel buildings. Because we own all of our heavy duty equipment, we do not subcontract our construction projects. DCC will personally prepare the worksite, place the concrete foundation, erect the walls with insulation if needed, and complete any details to your specifications. Thus, Dan's Custom Construction is not limited to water and wastewater facility construction. We are qualified to manage any general commercial construction.
Excavation:
By being able to personally complete our projects, Dan's Custom Construction ensures economical price control, reputable quality, and superior time management. During excavation, we prioritize environmentally responsible practices, selecting optimal methods to minimize impacts on the surrounding area. This ensures a cleaner and more sustainable construction process DCC will work with you and your project needs to create an incomparable end-product.
Concrete:
In addition to utilizing traditional cement forms for its projects, our crew of concrete specialists are capable of pouring flatwork, structural designs, foundations, water tanks, and cast-in place designs to our project's exact specifications. We also work directly with engineers to ensure your concrete design will meet the needs of your project. Thus, Dan's Custom Construction is capable of managing your project's concrete needs. We are also trained to repair leaking concrete structures using the DeNeef line of products.
Buried Pipeline:
Throughout our many years of water and wastewater construction experience, Dan's Custom Construction has buried thousands of feet of pipeline. We are thoroughly knowledgeable with all aspects of PCV, HDPE, and ductile iron applications including gravity-fed and high-pressure lines used within distribution and collection systems. Our professionals with their wealth of practical on-site experience are qualified for your pipeline needs.
Custom Fabrication and Paint:
Our well-equipped fabrication facility and certified welding team create the majority of the metal needs for our projects. By removing the typical 8 week lead time for custom fabricated components, we have better control of the project schedule. Our equipment is capable of working with aluminum and stainless steel among other metals. In addition, we have a certified painter and use only high-quality paints.
Equipment and Pump Stations:
Dan's Custom Construction has installed lift stations of various sizes throughout Colorado and in New Mexico. We can help you evaluate and select the most appropriate product for your application because we are familiar with many design characteristics and have worked closely with many of the manufacturers. In addition, we can help you anticipate most potential construction issues with your design. We collaborate with a highly experienced group of engineers that can also assist you in determining the needs for your project.
